To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, and with its original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is also required. Sale / clearance items are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods, such as beauty products, are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
