  • Return Eligibility: You have 4 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, and with its original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is also required. Sale / clearance items are not eligible for return.

  • Damages and Issues: If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods, such as beauty products, are non-returnable. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.
